I’ve been a UFCU Member for close to 20 years, and even though we've now moved out of state, we still bank with UFCU! We now deposit our checks with the phone app. UFCU treats you as if you are an actual person and not just a number, and in this day and age, that is so very appreciated. The people are always friendly and helpful, and you can actually speak with a real live person when you call on the phone. Crazy, I know.   
 
My representative, Joseph, helped me file all the police reports for fraud on my account caused by the Target data breach. He calmed me down and was helpful and kind when I felt frazzled and frightened. UFCU really cares about their Members, and that is reflected in how they treat us. I trust their leadership and direction; in fact, I just got another auto loan with UFCU last week!
