Christina N likes UFCU because of the sense of community and convenience.
It's nice to be part of a local enterprise with friendly service. I also like how quickly and efficiently I have been helped whenever I have run into problems with my cards or accounts.
The Member service at UFCU is above and beyond. It's nice to be able to form relationships with the staff, and I am always taken care of as an individual with specific needs, instead of just another customer with just another account number. I love being treated like Christina when I walk into UFCU, as opposed to just a person being shuffled though the system.
Even during my 2 years in Asia, I felt confident with UFCU, and any questions or problems were easily addressed, despite living on the other side of the world! From living in Cambodia and China to my travels though Myanmar and Tibet, I felt secure with UFCU's service and confident to live life knowing I was taken care of in Austin, Texas.
While living in China, I studied Mandarin, and whenever I go into UFCU, one of the employees, Jane, even helps me practice my Chinese! There is a sense of community and care at UFCU that I believe is hard to find anywhere else.
