UFCU Ranks as Austin’s No. 1 Credit Union — for Eight Straight Years!

AUSTIN, Texas, July 27, 2023 — For the eighth year in a row, the Austin Business Journal has ranked UFCU as Austin’s no. 1 credit union. UFCU, Austin’s largest locally owned financial institution, surpassed other credit unions in the number of Austin-area members and deposits.

The rankings are based on March 31, 2023 data provided by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). In addition to leading all area credit unions in local deposits and local members, UFCU’s annualized member growth was one of the highest of all Central Texas credit unions.
