I want to start out by extending my sincere gratitude for your continued support. It’s because of your trust and commitment to UFCU that we’re Austin’s #1 Credit Union. Your membership is the reason why we’re here.

I’m pleased to share we’ve been hard at work making enhancements to better serve your banking needs, all of which are a direct result of your invaluable feedback. Some of these improvements include:

• No NSF Fees. We removed NSF fees, ensuring your hard-earned money stays exactly where it belongs — in your account.
• Online Banking and Mobile app features. You can now activate cards, reset your PIN, redeem rewards, and lock/unlock your cards anytime, anywhere. Plaid integration has arrived and additional enhancements, including Intuit® support, are coming soon.
• Launching Simply U^™. Our newest checking account offering is designed for effortless banking with no monthly fees, no overdraft fees, and fewer requirements.

We remain committed to listening closely and acting to bring you more of what you need for the best possible experience.

We are excited about the future and the developments on the horizon. Your feedback continues to shape our direction, and I am confident that together, we will achieve great things.
