Lending Services Temporarily Unavailable June 14-17

Most lending services will be unavailable beginning Friday, June 14 at 6 PM through Monday, June 17 at 12:30 AM for scheduled upgrades and maintenance to our lending services software. This upgrade will impact Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Builder Loans, RV and Boat Loans, and Consumer Loan services as well as our Credit Card services and UT Golf membership financing. Neither UFCU Home Loans nor the UFCU Mortgage Services app will be affected by this upgrade.

During this brief period, Members will be unable to initiate new loans or resume existing loan applications online or when working with your UFCU representative.

To Members with loans in progress: Your UFCU representatives will be unable to access your loan application information while this upgrade is in progress, but this scheduled maintenance will have no impact on the timeframe of your loan cycle.

All services are scheduled to be back online Monday morning, June 17. We will post any updates here if there are changes.

Consumer Loan Representatives will be available during normal business hours on Saturday, June 15 and Monday, June 17 to answer any questions or discuss the impact, if any, to our Members. We apologize for the inconvenience.
