UFCU Ranks as Austin’s #1 Credit Union — Again

Austin, TEXAS, August 03, 2022—For the seventh year in a row, the Austin Business Journal has ranked UFCU as Austin’s #1 credit union. UFCU, Austin’s largest locally-owned financial institution, far surpassed other credit unions in the number of Austin-area Members and Austin-area deposits.

The rankings are based on March 31, 2022, data provided by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). In addition to leading all area credit unions in local deposits and local Members, UFCU’s annualized Member growth of 13.21%, as reported by NCUA, significantly outpaced all other Central Texas credit unions.
